1. Arrival and Departure

3. No Smoking

  • Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the property and within [5] metres of any external door or window.
  • Cigarette ends must be disposed of in the dedicated outdoor ashtray provided — do not discard on the ground or in the garden.
  • Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a professional cleaning charge deducted from the security deposit (minimum £[XX]).

4. No Parties or Events

  • No parties, events, celebrations, or gatherings involving persons not on the original booking are permitted without prior written consent from the Host.
  • The property is a residential holiday let in a [residential area / rural setting] and must be used respectfully.
  • Unauthorised events will result in immediate termination of the stay and forfeiture of the security deposit.

5. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are between [10:00 pm] and [8:00 am].
  • Please keep noise levels considerate of neighbours at all times — not just during quiet hours.
  • Music, TV, and conversation should be kept at a volume that cannot be heard outside the property during quiet hours.
  • Neighbour complaints about noise may result in early termination of the booking.

6. Pets
